Your A Level results and GCSE results will be available to students via your Bromcom VLE* from 8.00 am on the respective Results Days:
* Students who are expecting to be abroad on results day will need to have their security changed to allow foreign access and a request must be sent to Mr White (AJW) via Teams as soon as possible and BEFORE results day.
Please see here
Once you have received your examination results, the following Post Results services are available should they be required:
Review of marking |
Exam boards review their marking to ensure your work was marked accurately in line with the mark scheme. Reviewers will not re-mark the script. They are trained to act to correct any errors identified in the original marking. As a result of a review of marking, your grade could go up, stay the same or go down, therefore you must give your consent before paying for this service. |
Clerical re-check |
Exam boards re-check that all marks have been included and added up correctly. As a result of a clerical re-check, your grade could go up, stay the same or go down, therefore you must give your consent before paying for this service. |
Access to scripts | To help you decide whether to request a review of marking, you may request a copy of your script. Copies of scripts may also be requested to support future teaching and learning (e.g. if you decide to re-sit your exam). *Outcome within 1 calendar days of receipt of request by the exam board |
* Please see below for information on how requests will be prioritised by the school
For further information from JCQ, please see here.
Posts results services can only be requested via the links below. Services cannot be actioned in person by visiting the exams office nor can requests be made direct to the exam boards. Please note that payment (by credit/debit card) is required at the time of the request.
