This course prepares students well to take their place as a scientifically literate member of society as well as for further study of Physics at A level.

In year 9 boys receive 3 periods of teaching per week. In years 10 and 11 they receive 5 periods of teaching per week. Homework is set in accordance with the homework timetable.

It is important that boys consolidate topics well and prepare for end of topic tests and their prelims carefully so that they build a strong foundation to progress through the GCSE course.
