Bishop Wordsworth’s is a Selective Grammar School for boys, with responsibility for setting its own testing and admission requirements.

11+ TESTING AUTUMN 2020.
We can now confirm that the 11+ examination will provisionally take place at Bishop Wordsworth's School on Saturday 17th October 2020. Further details will be made available to parents and candidates by the beginning of September 2020

The 11 Plus

The 11+ application has closed and late main round application will open on Monday November 2 2020.

Late Entry 

For boys aged between 11 and 16 who are currently at another secondary school and who are hoping to join BWS.
